Great piercer and a sound dude. Funny, friendly n really cheeky :) the piercing legend of edinburgh - everyone i know got piercings done my him. Even my friend's mum!
we will all miss him :(
Tails used to work in ground control in cockburn street but then moved into his own studio underneath apple jack on the South Bridge
Died of a heart attack on 10.1.09 leaving his wee one behind :(

GOUGH John (Tails) (Pathhead) It is with the deepest regret that Jo (Gypsy) announces the passing of her beloved precious soulmate and husband (Tails), on Saturday, January 10, 2009, protector and stepdad to Steven, beloved and caring son to Ian and Ann, devoted brother to Alison and Steven, beloved son-in-law of Mary, adored uncle to Kris, Emma, Kyle, Steven, Daren, Andrew, Jordan, Samantha, Arron, Lyndsey, Sian, Ryan, Dean and Morgan, loved and respected brother-in-law to Louise, Jackie, Trish, James, Frank, Sharon, Ian, Peter, Brian and was a much loved nephew and cousin. His reputation as a Legend Piercer to the world and his music as a DJ Primal "T" to the masses, will be sorely missed and leaves an awesome space in a multitude of hearts, loved and respected by all who knew him, a star of great magnitude who shone brightest in life, lived to the full. A graveside service will take place at Cranston Cemetery Pathhead, on Thursday, January 22, at 10.20 am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. No dress code.

Tails was a really good friend of mine, i worked on the same street as him for years. he always had something to say and he was one of the funniest people i've ever met.
he was like an uncle to me
he'll be sadly missed, dunno who im going to get a cheeky wee piercing from now.

Tails was cheeky and said lots of things that sounded rude but he wasnt a perv like one twat on this mentioned, he was actually a lovely guy when u got 2 know him, i worked near hin 4 years and known him most of my life and would never touch an under age girl! He was also happily married!

i met tails a few times mostly in his shops when i got peircings and he was ace he was a true honest guy who would say what he thot n he was a really down to earth guy RIP big guy, deepest sympathy to his family. and all who new n loved him
omg, i only just found out about tails today as my fiance saw his name and RIP outside his shop, im so upset i missed his funeral, he was a great friend of mone and always made me laugh!

I've known Tails for about 10 years. He has done loads of my piercings. A bit cheeky and flirty in a fun way but would never do what has been suggested!! If you have fuck all nice to say then say fuck all! Let the man rest in peace.

Tails was an absolute legend. He pierced my bellybutton then went on to offer me jelly babies out a cut open dolls head 😂
